• See that repairs are completed and other requirements are met to your satisfaction.
• Answer all of your questions about the local market area, including schools, neighborhoods, and more, or provide you the resources to make decisions based on those questions for yourself.
• Handle the contracts for you.
• Inform you of market changes in your desired areas.
• Keep your information secured and confidential.
• Work hard to make your journey as stress free and smooth as it can be.
• Negotiate for you and your best interests in the transaction.
• Do a virtual and/or live showing for you on the homes you want to see.
